Structural Fabrication
Celt-Tech Marine & Offshore offer a wide range of steel work & fabrication services covering an extensive range of both Primary and secondary structures, equipment foundations and process skid manufacturing.
Our qualified welders and fabricators possess the skills and knowledge to work within our client’s specification and classification requirements on both steel repairs and renewals. All our welders are DNV certified.
We employ numerous welder/fabricators across Southeast Asia that possess multi positional qualifications from 1G through to 6GR allowing us to carry out welding works on carbon steel and stainless-steel using MMA, TIG, MIG and FCAW processes.
We utilize modern welding technology and only use calibrated equipment that ensures we work within the parameters of our welding procedure qualifications and specifications. Adhering to our ISO9001 requirements.
Our technical teams understand the balance between meeting engineering requirements whilst maintaining the tight delivery schedules. Celt-Tech Marine & Offshore always strives to meet the highest of quality and safety standards.
Process Piping & Skid Fabrication
All our skilled workforce has experience working with materials ranging from carbon steel A106 to High pressure grades such as ASTM 4130 through to stainless steel 316 and 309.
