Celt-Tech Marine & Offshore operates on a direct to owner basis and is not
a yard registered contractor, providing us the freedom to operate within all Singapore shipyards.
Load Testing & Pull Testing Services
We offer both on-site and off-site load testing using mobile cranes and certified weights through our partner company.
Our pull tester, weighing just 10kg, is tailored for easy use by our rope access team, making it safer and more efficient in challenging environments. Our comprehensive services include hydraulic pull testing, detailed visual inspections to verify component integrity and quality with magnetic particle inspection (MPI) carried out by our approved NDT partner.
